We are rolling out the next update of Catalog Kiosk and at the same time improve our infrastructure for a continued high reliability.
The maintenance window is scheduled for Tuesday, July 19th 2016 from 03:00 am to 08:00 am ET (00 am - 5am PT). We expect the actual downtime to be less than 30 minutes. All kiosks will operate in offline mode and reconnect as soon as the upgrade has been completed.
If you experience any issues with your kiosk on Tuesday morning, please restart the device. We recommend to sign out of Catalog App Manager prior to this update. If you have any questions or concerns please contact our support team.
