We will roll out the New & Improved Catalog Kiosk and at the same time scale our infrastructure to meet increasing demand.
The maintenance window is scheduled for Monday, February 12th 2018 from 06:00pm EST to Tuesday, February 13th 06:00 am EST (February 12th 03:00pm PST to February 13th 3:00am PST). Kiosk operations will not be affected before 11:00pm EST (8:00pm PST) on Monday.
Please keep your kiosk devices turned on and connected to the Internet over night to allow for a smooth upgrade process. Please note that if you shut down your kiosk devices the upgrade will be applied in the morning. This might delay your ability to use the kiosk while the upgrade is performed and content updates are downloaded.
If you experience any issues with your kiosk on Tuesday morning, please restart the device. We recommend to sign out of Catalog App Manager prior to this upgrade. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our customer experience team via email at email@example.com
